1. The Council does not currently hold this information as the accounts for the year 2024/25 are yet to be finalised. However, the following information may assist you in gaining an understanding of what the total might be
- On the Day of a Refugee’s arrival in the UK, the Recipient will be eligible to claim 40% of the total projected annual per capita amount for that person.
- The remainder will be due in two equal instalments at the end of the fourth (4th) and eighth (8th) Months following the Refugee’s arrival in the UK.
- Dover District Council have welcomed 61 adults, currently supporting 57 adults
- Dover District Council have welcomed 78 children, currently supporting 69 children

2. The Council has not allocated any budget for this project. All expenditure is funded through Government grant income. As stated above, the Council does not currently hold information on the total grant spent, as the accounts for the year 2024/25 are yet to be finalised.
