  1. Yes. The new street has been named Whitecliff Close.
  2. The decision was taken by the Portfolio Holder for Transport, Licensing and Regulatory Services and a copy of the Decision Notice can be found on the Council's website at https://moderngov.dover.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=333&MId=4614&Ver=4.
  3. Section 17 of the Public Health Act 1925 gives the developer the right to name the new street(s) they are creating. Yes, the developer proposed the street name Whitecliff Close.
