1. No, the Council does not operate a community infrastructure levy.

4. The Council does not hold this information. All contributions secured are transferred to Kent County Council as the Local Education Authority. Kent County Council can be contacted at freedomofinformation@kent.gov.uk.

During the monitoring period from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, 32 Affordable Homes were built, this information can be found on our website at https://www.dover.gov.uk/Planning/Planning-Policy/PDF/Authority-Monitoring-Report-2018-19.pdf, in the Authority Monitoring Report on page 19. We do not hold specific information on tenure of these delivered units or whether they were delivered through being secured via S106 agreements (they may also have been delivered directly as the proposed development or secured by other means).
