2. A full transcript  of the DDC hearing between Britannia Coaches in relation to the out of policy vehicle hearing and outcome documented and video on 16/5/2025 

3. A full transcription of any hearing between DDC and RELYON in relation to out of policy vehicle hearing and outcome documented and video 

4. Dates that any and all licences for the above where granted including revoked, amended or otherwise affected by DDC 

5. A list and vehicle description of all current 5/6/7/8 seat vehicles licensed by DDC
