2. Household Numbers 

• The total number of households placed in temporary accommodation.
• The number of households placed in emergency (B&B/hotel) accommodation. 

3. Bedroom Size Requirements 

• The number of households in temporary accommodation broken down by bedroom size (studio/1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed, 4-bed, 5+ bed).
• If available, please also confirm the number of single people vs family households. 

4. Placement Locations 

• The number and proportion of households placed inside the local authority area vs outside the area.
• If placed outside the area, please list the top 5 boroughs/areas used. 

5. Providers and Procurement

• The names of the main providers of emergency/temporary accommodation currently used by the council.
• The average nightly/weekly rates paid for B&B, self-contained nightly-paid, and other types of temporary accommodation.
• Whether the council operates a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), framework agreement, or approved supplier list for temporary accommodation, and the expiry date of the current agreement.
