Pay an Environmental Crime Penalty Notice

Please click on the link that matches your penalty notice to make payment.

Penalty Notices

• Fixed Penalty Notice (pink slip)

  Fixed Penalty Notices will have 8 digits normally displayed in the top right hand corner of the notice.

  Note: Select 'Environmental Enforcement' from the drop down box.

  

• Civil Penalty Notice (white slip)

  Penalty Notice should start OV followed by 8 digits e.g. OV00000298.

  

If you have attempted to make payment on the day the penalty notice has been issued but have experienced difficulties with your payment being accepted please wait 24 hours before trying again.  If you still have problems after 24 hours please call us on 01304 872289, Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
