Langdon Neighbourhood Plan, Regulation 16 Consultation - now closed.

The draft Langdon Neighbourhood Development Plan has been submitted to the District Council to be publicised, as required by Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).

The draft Langdon Neighbourhood Development Plan sets out the community’s vision on how the villages and wider parish will develop in the future. The Plan contains policies and guidance that the community is proposing to be used in the determination of planning applications. This Regulation 16 consultation is the last stage of public engagement before independent examination of the Plan. We are seeking your views.

The consultation was open from Monday 23 June 2025 until 11:59pm on Monday 4 August 2025. Please note that all comments received will be made public and that comments received after this date will not be taken into account.
