Building Control information is held for all applications received on or after 1 November 1991
For applications (with a completion certificate) received between 1 November 1991 and 1 January 1994 only the key documents have been kept. All other documents have been destroyed.

The database includes only those records which we hold digitally. It is not a complete database of all of the information we hold
You should not rely on information from this site as an alternative to traditional local land searches
